RETURNS POLICY
Due to being a 'made to order‘ business, we hold a strict no refund policy. This applies to reasons including the item not suiting the customer.
However, in some cases, if alteration is needed in regards to your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will kindly get you to send us your item (with postal cost covered) and amend accordingly. We will then send your item back to you. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 working days.
It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct name and size of their item(s).
Lastly, if there is a fault with your item it is our responsibility to rectify this. However, the customer is not entitled to a refund unless the item is not fixable.
